As I am sure you have all realized by now I am a lover of templates! It took me a while to really give them a try but once I did I was fully converted! They are such a great starting point! Well, today I have a new template pack to share with you from Memories by Digital Designs called Instafab 2. Today I have a fun summer sea kit to share with you from J.D.zYnes. It is called Seaside Cottage. I love the calm peaceful colors of this kit! It is available at Scraps N Pieces here. Here is a preview. 

For my layouts I used templates from the Dear Friend Charity Template pack. All the proceeds from this pack go to help a designer who has some health issues right now. I love the soft color scheme in the kit and since I love ice cream I love the theme as well! LOL!

This first layout was created at a Speed Scrap. If you have never done one they are lots of fun! You get a set of instructions to help you with your layout and then after completing you normally also get a fun participation prize!
